He possesses established expertise in culture transformation, service leadership and workforce activation

He is the founder of GEMSTONE GROUP, A leadership development institution with a distinct mandate to raise a Generation of leaders that are Empowered, Motivated and Stirred To Operate with Natural Excellence (GEMSTONE) where over 10,000 youths have been trained till date. He is also the founder of the Fela Durotoye company, a platform through which he runs one of Africa's largest Business Leaders Networks wherein he mentors & coaches over 600 CEO’s & other top business executives and the Fela Durotoye Leadership Network where currently mentors over 13,000 leaders in business, enterprise, education, religion and the professional service sectors

He has received several notable awards such as the Heart of Africa Award by the Federal Ministry of Information and Communication in recognition of his efforts towards building a new Nigeria and the United Nations Young Ambassador For Peace by Universal Peace Federation and the Youth Federation for World Peace to mention a few. He was the Nigerian presidential candidate of the Alliance for New Nigeria party (ANN) for the 2019 presidential elections
