Job Title: Finance/ Admin Officer

Job Description:

An Excellent Finance and Administration Officer oversee preparation of financial records related to general ledger, payroll, budget, expense, etc. Manage financial and Administration teams to achieve company financial goals. 

In other words, they manage the finances of an organisation by monitoring it's income and spending as well as reviewing bank and balance sheet reconciliations.

Their Major Job Duties Include:
•Preparation of budgets and reconciling daily, monthly and yearly.

•Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process.

•Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required.
•Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.
•Providing customer service to clients.
•Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.

Skills and Qualifications:

OND/HND/BSC in Managerial and Customer related course of study.
Understanding of Business Practices, Budgeting, Financial Knowledge, In-Depth Research and Analysis.
Computer Proficiency, Interpersonal Communication, Client Relationships, Writing, Public Speaking, Creativity, Innovation, Adaptability, Leadership, Managerial Skills, Multi-Tasking, Big-Picture Thinking.
