To me is the Worst Minister, a slow poison . travel to South East and you will know why many igbo's are now supporting Biafra. Every time you hear him is Second River Niger Bridge of which we all know is the product of a Public-Private Partnership involving the Federal Ministry of Works, the Ministry of Finance, the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA), the Presidential Infrastructural Development Fund (PIDF), and Julius Berger Nigeria Plc. The project is a Design, Finance, Build, Operate and Transfer (DFBOT) model. This means that the government owns and finances the project’s construction with Julius Berger. Every time we are building second Niger bridge in South east. That bridge connect delta to Anambra but is South east project alone, all the Federal road in the east are death trap.
