The project is a Design, Finance, Build, Operate and Transfer (DFBOT) model. This means that the government owns and finances the project’s construction with Julius Berger. Every time we are building second Niger bridge in South east. That bridge connect delta to Anambra but is South east project alone, all the Federal road in the east are death trap.
