ACCOUNTANT

Location: Onitsha

Who is an accountant to us?

Accountant is the one who will:
o Prepare monthly management accounts including variance analysis, KPI analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance
o Review and reconciliation of branches activities
o Reconciling and updating of banks books
o Sales posting and reconciliation
o Different account reconciliation for customers and branches
o Posting and reviewing of ledgers via sage 300ERP
o Ensure the accuracy and integrity of monthly management accounts
o Monthly monitoring and review of business practices and propose necessary improvements to minimize company’s Tax liability within limits allowed under the law
o Provide financial information to support commercial activities within the business departments as required.


Requirements
1. First degree in accounting or related discipline
2. The person must have work in a structure manufacturing/FMCG industry for at least 5years
3. Must be a good team player
4. ACCA OR ACA required
5. Knowledge of accounting software especially sage300ERP is a must
6. Minimum of 12 years’ experience
