I was reading to see where they said he launder money through the company but i didn't see. So as a business man u need to reduce cost in other to survive. Am yet to see were they said he use the company to embezzle money.

They should tell us the real thieves.
because you don't have the brain to understand that the reason why he didn't declare his assets is because he use the company to steal from anambara state. Use your brain if you have one pls.

Megatrix:

What has been exposed here is that you are the lazy and ignorant youth Buhari was talking about. Where in that article was peter Obi accused of stealing anything? I challenge you to go through that entire pathetic hit job by an obviously brown envelope journalist and show me a single place he said Obi stole anything. You didn't even read the article before rushing to post nonsense.
use your brain pls. Why is he afraid of declaring his assets? Because he is using the company to steal billions.

TheRealestGuy:
Tax avoidance is legal all over the world.

On the issue of failing to declare some assets and holding positions while in public service, he has given his response and they seem reasonable. They can be contested in a court of law if need be.

Oya tell us something new...like the terrorist financiers in the current govt.
who is sponsoring ipob? I said it that peter Obi is a terrorist,he is using that company to sponsor ipob terrorists.

But the people that carried out the investigation didn't say so then why are u adding ur own words and making it looks like you didn't read what they said. And beside don't you think so that Nigeria would have being a better place and country if other politicians behave like Peter Obi?

I didn't bother to read the trash you wrote, I stopped after reading the first two lines.

Now let me school you if you will ever learn..... Where in my post did I say Obi stole? Your time start now......

If you can't show me, then I am done spoon feeding an adult.
But you said "my thief is bigger than your thief". So what did you mean by this?

Tinubu and Saraki faced the CCT not because they stole but because they were Accused of not totally declaring their assets just like what Obi is accused of.

But we are quick to call them thieves and corrupt even when no court of jurisdiction has found them wanting expect for the court of public opinion.

Obi is a saint to compare other 2023 Presidential candidates, Since PDP and APC has been presenting thieves as their political candidates, which of them has the pedigree of Obi.. they're jittery now because Obi qualified and too clean to form them to compete with.
Yoruba press please focus on Osibanjo and Tinubu, leave our Obi alone!

It is totally permissible to have overseas investments, including in the nature of holding shares in an overseas company, or being a director in overseas companies, but the same has to be with in the four corners of the law governing such investments. For instance, the overseas direct investment policy of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Similarly, it is totally legal to plan one's investment in a way so that minimum tax liability is attracted. This is called tax planning and has to be completely differentiated from tax evasion which is avoiding to pay taxes against the tax liability which has accrued on the tax payer.

Hmmm.. It is good for one to be proficient in English Language. Else, one would be deceived into thinking there is really something solid against Peter Obi.
This article is just running in circles.

The report by Hundeyin on the NASCO affiliation blows this weak attempt out of the water. I expected something as direct and weighty as that one.
