God the father, God the son and God the holyspirit are one. The coexist together and act as one. If you read 1 John 1- In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God.

So the word took on flesh and dwelt among us to give us eternal life. The word is Jesus. This eternal life is not life on earth, but life in heaven where we never die. God doesn't have a partner, but because he lover his creation so much, he decided to manifest his word into flesh to dwell among us in the person of Jesus.
