My Laptop frequently switches OFF to the signal attached here while 'Hotspotting' it with my phone.

Few weeks ago, an engineer formatted and installed some nonsense that couldn't even hold on for a month.

Please, how do I resolve this as I have no budget of getting another now?

Hardware: Usb/vid_043d&pid_008f&mi_00

Widow 7 ultimate 32 bit

Right click on it and click on troubleshoot to get what the problem is.

BTW looks like there is no battery installed on your laptop with the canceled battery sign.
