Please users, I bought a second hand phone from a friend about two years ago. After purchasing the phone, I removed the formers Google account and I wiped the phone. I logged in my own Google account. After logging in, I notice that when ever I try to sign up on any site or app, the former owners Google account appears. I have changed phones multiple times and it keeps occurring. What do I do?
