The president do not have any power any where to remove an elected Governor, state of emergency or not!

After Obasanjo did it, why is no president towing that route again

He can declare state of emergency and take full charge of the state's security ( which is not in any way diff from what's currently happening) but the Gov remains to administer the state.

The fact is that FG wants to install APC govt in Anambra, hence why d state of emergency interest, meanwhile Obiano wants them to maintain status qou n send more troops
