It is licensed as a Microfinance Bank by the Central Bank of Nigeria to reduce the number of Nigerians living in poverty. By providing responsive financial services and offerings in line with global poverty alleviation initiatives to improve the low-end, actively engaged quality of life. 

The hired candidate will be responsible for the company's human resource policies and programs such as personnel, performance management, salary and benefits, grievance and punishment.

Furthermore, the potential candidate must have good decision-making abilities and a thorough understanding of employee interactions and training to be successful.
