It's risky to have masts close to a residential building because of radiation frequency and radioactivity around the area.

There are elements that have been found to be carcinogens like benzene and some others. Even particles and dust that fly around that people inhale can cause cancer or mutations. It's like everything around you is trying to kill you, such is life.

I don't think the level of radiation in phone can be equal to a mast or uv xray scanner

What is superstition? Anything the whites didn't approve right? Have you made your research on why you are sure those things are not really harmful?

True UV rays emitted from such a mast can cause damage to the human brain through the ears that's one of the reasons they put them very high above the ground....but that one is way too low considering the amount of decibels it would be releasing everyday that's basically a slow and steady poison....watch out for neighbors who may start bleeding from the ears and nose

As it is currently, IT companies both home and abroad hires you base on what you can do and have done in the IT world irrespective of your discipline in the university.
Book for a programming class with your personal tutor at your Home, Convenience, Pace etc. being a beginner or dummy....
