You need an image resizer.Until you reduce the passport to the exact size of a hard copy passport, it won't upload successfully.You can get the cybercafe people to resize it for you. |

Go to, www.picresize.com choose d pics u want 2 resize frm ur pc n resize to 140 by 140 pixels n ur gud 2 go. |
