Do you know how many times Soldiers and security officers were killed in Lagos, why didn't they burn down a community in Lagos or Abuja?
there is different between individual killing and community killing. If the youths of a particular community gathered and kill a soldier the whole of that community will pay for it if they refused to fish out the culprit. But in a situation where one person hid and shot a soldier in a particular community, the community will not be held responsible.
