The indigenous people of biafra (IPOB)under the leadership of mazi Nnamdi Kalu was proscribed by the federal government of Nigerian. But the difference here is that the defunt nation of biafra isn't proscribed having a biafra Atire doesn't mean you are a member of IPOB .
