Snacks are an essential part of daily nutrition. Even a recent report proved that; it suggested that while at work, we spend 50% more on the snacks than at the main lunch. Let me warn you, though. While you are at work, your mind is too preoccupied with the tasks at hand that you don’t pay much attention to what you are eating. In this way, you usually end up eating in a larger quantity and that too of junk food which you are certain to regret later on.
