I am Obiora from Aba and I'm one amongst millions of Igbo Men and Women who love Tinubu. Tinubu is a great visionary politician. He made Lagos what it is today. I wish he can do same to Nigeria, when he asume office as President in 2023. Igbos are enjoying Lagos today as a result of the good policies and enabling environment Tinubu created when he was Governor. Calabar was the capital of Nigeria from 1904 to 1960...why can't you go to Calabar and sojourn?/ Do you think if they made Enugu or Imo state the capital of Nigeria from 1960-1991...people will love to stay there? In the southwest, we are hospitable and peace-loving unlike your Nyamiri region that sword, gun, the dagger can never depart from... Who wants to bring his business investment to a region where there is no peace and thriveable and favorable atmosphere... Ask yourself, how many foreign companies are in your Nyamiri region? Tribalism has driven most non-Igbo speaking investors away from your region...most of the big companies in your region are either headed by an Igbo person or owned by an Igbo person. Your cannibalism cultural values is a back-breaker. We know states like Abia in Isi-alagwua and some other parts of the region that still take pleasure in eating human beings. What a shame! Tinubu didn't do anything in Lagos, Lagos was developed as a result of being Federal capital. Tinubu didn't not build International airport in Lagos or seaport that bring the development in Lagos. I'm not against his political will to contest for 2023 but think it will be unwise for Nigeria electing him as a president do to his age and bullion van saga on election day. |
