A lecturer of the department of Nursing, Delta State University, Abraka Miss Fanni Richards has been kidnapped. The unfortunate event happened in the early hours of Wednesday, October 13 on her way from Delta State University Teaching hospital (DELSUTH), Oghara along Sapele/Eku axis.
