JOB TITLE: SALES OFFICER
LOCATION: Lagos

JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a resolute Sales Officer to identify and capitalize on opportunities for our firm. The Sales Officer will be required to study existing procedures and formulate appropriate strategies that facilitate our expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines .
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

REQUIREMENTS
2-4 years experience as a Sales Officer or equivalent with sound understanding of; Real estate sales and marketing.
Excellent team player.
B2B Sales & Marketing skills.
Experience in customer support is a plus.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Proven sales track record.
BSc/HND in any field.

Salary: 80k, Commission and Other incentives
