These are not new banks.
They have been around for a while now, just that their branches are not scattered everywhere, so most people don't know about them

Globus bank was incorporated in 2019. So how is it not a new bank?

Gradual rehabilitation of agberos into mental stability process ...

With time, Lagos will be free from agberos.... and the agberos will not be tools for political intimidation.... And will pay loyalty to the people and not to a person...

On AC for agbero..you go see say hin body go calm down

You are very correct.
That's why I said it has been around for a while.

A bank running for 3yrs is not new.
They have been around since March 2019.

Also the bank the article referred to Suntrust Bank has been around for 12yrs. So how is that a new bank by any definition?
Suntrust was incorporated in February 2009. That's 12yrs ago

what happened to the previous bus acquisition initiatives?
Is there a scorecard on that?
SunTrust is not Government, but public transportation is a critical state infrastructure. Anyhowness is suspect
You are really smart and reading in between the lines. Not those that want to use this as a tribal bashing exercise

What kinda misplaced priority is this? A new generation bank partnering a group of people who cause nuisance in the society, when there are other projects or business ideas lacking sponsorship.

Transportation business especially in Lagos has a proven track record of success. One huge setback to it is the condition of the vehicles used.

If those you called nuisance because you look down on the services they render decides to pull down their services for 2 days in Lagos, you and all your family members will cry for the two days and beg them to come back

We will need more high speed security trains than this loan one o plus goods transport lines as well

Sun trust never heard of them but I remember seeing their shirt sha

Transportation business in Nigeria is a multi-billion dollars industry and Lagos State has a huge chunck of that.

The Bank is investing in a viable sector, though you may not like the participants in the sector.
