Go to hospital and seek for a more experienced doctor they will guide you properly on what to do.

My skin is very sensitive and I don't share towel or handkerchief because of something like this, so I make it a point of duty to always mix this tube with my normal cream

You can use ketoconazole drug and benzyl benzoate. ,it should help

This your infection looks like Histoplasmosis(Yeast infection).

Solution::
Take your bath 3 times daily with any good germicidal soap and sponge the affected area properly.
Apply Nystatin powder at nights topically for 7 days.

Let's see the outcome after 7 days.

If it's fungi infection you need use the cream for up to 3 months, then also drugs (ketoconazole)

Something similar to this happened to me weeks ago I stated using funbact A, only for it to get worsen , I tried Skineal together with Anti bacteria bathing soap and it worked

This looks like eczema to me.
I sometimes suffer from it and it used to be so bas in the past that I'd have recurring eczema.
The last time I had eczema was in may when my finger almost fell off (got chopped). I was given some drugs and I reacted to one of them, next thing was eczema all over my face (never had it all over prior to that time, it'd be just around my mouth). The things I did:
1- I exfoliated every day with a mixture I made myself which consisted of sugar, dongoyaro (neem) oil that I made myself, a tiny bit of coconut oil (since it sometimes clogs my pores), a little bit of black soap, turmeric and cinnamon powder, 2 drops of cod liver oil, 2 drops of tea tree oil and one pH balancing acid laidat that is not easily gotten (you can leave that. I would then mix and apply on my face, leave for some minutes and then scrub my face gently and wash off with lukewarm water. I made this combo everyday (I didn't make one that'd last more than that day because I wanted to avoid it getting contaminated).
2- I used a good cleanser after having my bath then I'd add some drops of rosewater to a cotton wool and apply on my face
3- I mixed the oils and Shea butter and applied as my face and body cream day and night. You can add more oils (carrot oil, argan oil, JBCO etc) to but the cream and the exfoliating scrub.
4- I drank enough water daily.
5- I ensured I changed my pillowcases every 2-3 days.
These things worked for me and I started to see results after few days.

Hmmm..... used some drugs to flush dirt in the blood. Did you get it out? Are you one of those people that kill and eat animals that you don't even know the names? It may very well be allergy. Think of what unusual you ate before it first showed up . Does it show up more at certain times? If yes... what meat did you eat a day or two before? Stop eating meats for like two weeks and see if it fades away on its own. If yes.... you will know for sure it's an allergy and can find out which meat. Talking from experience.... had similar stuff on my back and arms ... used a lotion ..Whitfield Lotion... which faded it temporarily.. but it always popped up again. Noticed it would take over from the day after eating pork .... stopped eating pork ... it disappeared... totally. Allergic to pork. For you... it may be ehmmm.... snake.

If it is tinea versicolor, you have to change your diet totally.

No more sugar
No more sugar contain drinks
No more yeast food

-Take fluconazole
-combine skineal and coconut oil, tea tree oil

Go to youtube and search for tinea versicolor and how to get rid of it.


Also it comes mostly when your immune system is weak,

Mine has stopped coming since I changed my diet.

Unfortunately its in your system there is little or nothing you can do about it,
My friend living with me has same issues

Looks like eczema but its not, if you like buy all the dugs it won't stop it

It comes n go on it on, like your body is secreting a hormone and you are reacting to something

Stop rubbing cream now any type it will go in no distance time on its own

But I do not stop u from seeking dermatologist
But saying from experience of someone am living with

If u use hydrolic (brake oil) it will clear and surface after sometime. I am currently battling it . Izal is the best bet .....it will kill it from inside then gradually..u will see improvement and u know what ? It won't surface again. Please use izal but my guy who de pepper oh ...
