A Policeman in The name of KAMAL ALIYU who is currently serving in Kebbi state (Picture Below) was somone I used To and relate with. I am currently out of the country where by I use Chipper Cash to exchange my currency. There's no way for me to have two accounts in one details so I verified the account of the country I'm currently residing at while for the Nigerian account I used this Guy's chipper to send the Naira then send it to my other Account. Infact I even helped someo of my friends here. Even my tuition fees and a lot more are sent via his chipper account. To cut it short today around 10:20am Nigerian Time 51,000 Naira was sent to his Chipper account which he immediately cash it out to his personal account he is not picking up my phone while he blocked me on all social Media Platforms. Are these the people we supposed to entrust the safety of our Properties and love ones. Is that how the Nigerian Police force train their Officers?
