Just see how irresponsible these brigands are. You want to detonate expired explosives, you didn't ship them off to a desert to safely detonate them, it had to be done in civilian living spaces. |

Reacting, the Nigerian Army claimed responsibility for the explosion, explaining that the exercise is a routine one carried out by the military "to detonate expired explosives." Big fat lie!!
