Good morning NairaLanders. Hello to all Engineers on this Forum. Please, i need you people's advice here. Which one should i go for? Now, have been using this my Infinix Hot 10 play more than six months now. Suddenly, i just discovered that whenever i try to delete some files like Music and Video. After roaming like some seconds, it will just displayed " Unable To Delete". And if i even try to rename some files as well. After telling me "File renamed successful" and i try moving it to another folder. This particular file will still remain in it previous folder Unnamed. So, I'm even scared of using external SD card. Because, i also detect that whenever i inserted SD card it will displayed "Click Forget". So, with all these issues now. I want to know which one to go for: Flashing or Restore Factory Setting? try updating it then carry out a factory reset on it |
