Job Title: Graphic Designer | Social Media Manager

Location: Festac, Lagos.

Responsibilities

Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

Generate, edit publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

Execute social media campaigns and paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google

Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency

Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Requirements

Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.

Excellent copywriting skills

Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

Knowledge of online marketing channels

Excellent communication skills

Analytical and multitasking skills

Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.

Experience as a graphic designer or in related field

Demonstrable graphic design skills and portfolio.

Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.

A strong eye for visual composition.

Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Experience with computer-aided design.

Experience in Cryptocurrency will be an added advantage.

Not older than 30years.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.

De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.

Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies.

Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.

Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, bonuses and other account items.

Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.

Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies.

First Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Mathematics

Relevant professional qualification e.g., Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA)

ICAN CERTIFICATION is a must

Having worked in a leadership role for at least 1year is an added advantage.

Competency in the use of automated financial accounting and reporting applications

Extensive knowledge of financial laws and experience in liaising with Regulatory bodies.

Good knowledge of local and international financial regulatory standards.

A minimum of five (3) years relevant experience

Experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles

Sound knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Experience in financial management and ability to diagnose and solve complex financial problems

Ability to analyze financial data and interpret financial reports, statements, and projections

Strong Integrity
