Hi Everyone, please recommend a sound and very knowledgeable vehicle Electrician in Abuja. Please, I don't need anybody in Apo Mechanic Village or anyone along that axis. I drive a 2012 Toyota Camry XLE and an idi.ot that I took my car to bypassed my thermostat in order to make the fan run direct as I was having overheating issues.
I know the dangers that poses to the overall wellbeing of my vehicle but I haven't had time to fix it.

Here is an insight into my challenge, Recently I changed the electronic fuse module in my car as it got burnt strangely and it was during that time, the same idi.ot made my fan run direct. On the other hand, before the electronic fuse module got burnt, my headlamps won't go off and I don't think it's a steering switch problem. I decided to change the electronic module as it was burnt because I felt it would solve a lot of problems. But yesterday, my headlamps stopped going off when I have turned them off and my battery ran down this morning.

So I need a sound and reasonable technician to fix

the thermostat/direct fan issue,
recommend headlamp bulbs,
check the electronic module,
check the radiator for dirt, blockage or leaks.
Check the steering switch lever for any issue.

I will really appreciate every single advice, guidance, resource(s) and recommendations on this matter. Thanks.
