gistray: Sure you want to leave. That's why Ifeanyi Uba came to campaign in Lagos for a gubernatorial election in Anambra. If that does not show you clowns that even your leaders know you prefer living outside ala Igbo then you must be blind. Act with your feet and not with your mouth. Leave SW, SS, Middle belt and North to head back to your barren SE States then some of us will even join the campaign to allow you leave the "Zoo". 10 Likes 2 Shares |

I don't know why some people are obsessed with alcohol. There's no single state in Nigeria where alcohol is not sold, even in Kano with their hizbah. |

Restructure Nigeria!! We must start practising fiscal federalism. Yes in the shirt term some states will feel the brunt of low revenues, but in the long run those state governors that are creative and there to serve the people would improve their revenue generation. |

Vireani79: I know. Per DAWN regional governance outlook, if a joint action secures a joint win then SW States collecting higher VAT, like Lagos, are happy to to contributes a healthy percentage for the benefits of States like Osun. The thinking, per the regional agenda, is that better for Osun and Ekiti to benefit from the VAT of Lagos than Katsina, Bayelsa or Abia. Nigerians better open their eyes and learn. Afterall, Zamfara is not sharing a kobo of the profit from their gold with any Southern State so best for us all to stop pretending about the whole "one Nigeria" fraud and start putting ourselves and our people first. 3 Likes |

Lol. No state, I repeat no state has its act right. The high revenues from some states is not as a result of creative ideas from the state governors. It's just luck that the said States have natural resources that are in high demand or a commercial states. Instead of asking that states get their acts right, we should all ask for restructuring and true federalism. So far as there is free money to share, States including those states that have high revenue would not do anything to increase their revenues. Spherical77: 1 Like |

Iamgrey5: Even then others are happy to pick up the slack for Osun per the spirit of Yoruba regional development agenda. It is the way to go to gradually start making the SW one homogenous region where every member begins to gain appreciable growth that means it will not continue to be a millennia behind others per socio-economic development as is the case currently with Lagos and other SW States. 3 Likes 1 Share |
