I don't really put my jear together to stop this procrastination. I planned to do something today but since morning I haven't done it. I'm just addicted to social media . I don't like it at all.

I have a project to write , I've not started . I have articles to publish . I can't put my head down to do it .

You can steer clear from social media if you want..It's just a choice you've got to make....

Personally, I'll soon limit my activeness on social media.. Because being overly addicted to it has a whole lot of side effects especially when you aren't making money off it..

Dude! You need to take some time off social media to cleanse your mind (of junks and garbages) and make room/space for fresh/new ideas/inspiration to come in.

Discipline is the key bro

1. Make a todo list each day
2. Minimize your social media activities
3. Execute your todo list
4. Use a timer to monitor how fast u finishing a particular task. Write down when u Finnish the task and try to finish same task more faster next time
5. Repeat number 1 to number 4 daily and procrastination go leave u by fire by force.

How long has "this kind of life" been happening to you?

From your write up, you're still a student...this is the time to discipline yourself...if you don't want your life to end up as a useless story, then you must learn to discipline yourself.

Social media isn't bad, but when it begins to control your everyday life and you're not making a penny out of it, that's when it's bad.

For starters, I'll advice you to map out a to-do-list for the day. State each task along with the time you expect to have them done, you can use your phone to do it and set an alarm as a reminder.

Once the alarm beeps, abandon whatever it is you're doing and accomplish that task.

If you continue this religiously, procrastination will become a thing of the past in your life.

That is just how life is.

The only way to overcome it is to follow the Nike slogan.

Divide your work into bits that will require little bits of time and just do it

Even if it is 10 mins of writing your project, and 50mins of social media

No wahala.

In 6 hours you will have spent 1 hour on your project.

Don't try to be perfect while doing it.

Just do it.
