Greetings, wise ones.

I have a small issue and anyone with a solution can help out. Thank you.

I love sleeping under the AC and for many years now, I have no issues with it.

Some months ago, I just noticed my left or right nose is blocked when I wake in the morning. Before 12 PM, it will clear and I'll breathe fine.

I remembered a guy who usually brings down his AC to clean every 5 months or thereabout. I didn't know why he does it, but I decided to clean mine and I found humongous dirt upon dirt inside. I spent an hour cleaning it, then fixed it back.

The next morning, I woke and my nose didn't block. The next day, it didn't, but from the third day, it started again.

This particular room, I don't ever turn the AC off since there is constant free light here. When I sleep in the second room with the AC turned off, I never experience this blockage.

This is becoming an issue for me since I prefer sleeping in a room with AC to avoid all these heartless mosquitoes that magically appear from nowhere.

What is the cause of this and is there a remedy for it?

Though, the AC is always at 18 degree since the remote box stopped working. I can't reduce it and I have been using it like that for years and everything has been fine and I'm used to that temperature without issues.

This new reaction is what I don't understand. Any help?

Pound garlic and mix with hot water...allow to cool a little.
Sieve the water into a cup and drink (most preferably at night cos you gonna urinate alot).
Once or twice a week monthly will help.

Hmm. Since garlic doesn't kill, I'll try this. Thanks.

You're welcome.

First time taking it, I was scared.
It isn't like ginger that smells.

you're having breathing issue and it's not a big deal but don't know if you can use ginger and garlic with lukewarm water it's going to clear it
