13% Derivation Must Be Removed. Heaven Will Not Fall. by Naijabad: 7:47am On Oct 22, 2021 |
I support the move by the North to remove 13% derivation. Nothing will happen. Every lawmaker from every other region will support it apart from south south lawmakers. We are one Nigeria. Nothing will happen. Ijaws will not do shit. |

Naijabad:Agree without reservation. The oil in the Niger Delta(Which Lagos and Ondo is part of) belongs to every Nigerian. Some of the Niger Delta states like Delta and Bayelsa can't point to tangible projects this money have been used for. 1 Like 1 Share |

Naijabad: I agree totally with you sir The 13% derivation should be removed it's so unfair on the guys whose land faces the harsh realities of environmental degradation. It should be 85% derivation and the bloody heavens won't fall. At a time when people are agitating for state autonomy as true federalism should be. You think taking away the 13% won't have a ripple effect in the country?! Please they should remove it. Newton's third law comes to mind. |

The problems facing this country hasn't been handled properly by the fg and the lawmakers are thinking of adding more problems to the already existing ones. Like the INC said, we dare them to do that. I won't say much, cos I know they won't dare. And for those of you saying nothing wud happen, help me and tell your lawmakers to remove it speedily lets see |

Don't wake the sleeping giant. Because if you do, there will be strong alliance between IPOB, ESN and Niger Delta militants of various groups and that will end Nigeria |
