I have been reading about terms like power sharing, zoning and federal character and I dont really understand what they mean and what the purpose is for power sharing or zoning when we just elected our government. another term i heard in an argument is power devolution, what does this mean? and yes please one last item, what is a soverign national conference? who attends it and what is the purpose?

please don't be bothered with these political terms as they simply represent the sharing formulas used in the looting and sharing of the federal funds. at the national level, it represents the different criminal gangs or channels through which our national treasures are been destroyed by these high-way robbers called politicians. these gangs are selected or sometimes elected via criminality of do or die affairs with their head-quarters situated at aso-rock and ottah farm.
