I played a particular event twice on their website yesterday, i won the game, they settled the tickets and i initiated a withdrawal, only for me to check again and see they'v voided one of the tickets.

I called them and they told me it's against their rules to bet on an event twice. I have been placing my bets like that for the past two weeks now and it didn't occur to them to void any of the tickets because the tickets were lost.

But they remember their rules when i managed to win yesterday.

They have been accepted the ticket up until i won.

They even settled the ticket as won bet and later changed it when i tried to withdraw... Is that not criminal?!!

Why didn't they void the ticket before kick off or even when the match was on.. They had to wait for the game to green before they decided to void the ticket.
