Job Title: Hospitality Waiter/Waitress

Job Description:

A Successful Hospitality Waiter/Waitress. Provide the perfect service experience for restaurant patrons , ensure the guest feels important and welcome in greet and serve customers providing detailed information on menus and multi-tasking.

Ultimately, staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area. Delivering food from the kitchen to the kitchen to the guests. Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.

Their Major Duties Include:

•Provide excellent customer services . •Always strive towards best customer satisfaction 
•Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)

•Greet and escort customers to their tables.

•Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.

•Inform customers about the day's specials.

•Answered questions about menu selections and made recommendations when requested.

Skills and Qualifications:
Candidates must possess minimum SSCE,  Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skill, Customer Service skills, Interpersonal Communication, Ability to follow instructions and Work Independently, Strong interpersonal skills and Ability to establish effective working relationships with Customers and  Supervisors.
