Jobs like carpentering, bricklayers, tylers and most jobs that involve usage of hand always gives hand palms.
Solution- always if not often dip ur hands in warm water and always use moisturizering cream.

And if he’s doing any of those manual jobs, he should wear gloves while working. A few months of this and his hands should get softer!

OP, try to wear gloves when you're doing some activities such as playing drums, mechanical activities such as carpentry works, bricklaying and so on.

Try to use moisturizers as much as possible especially when you feel your palm are dry.
