Simple solution, though it would disturb her sleep:

Let her set her alarm to come on maybe every 4 hours (or as required) interval at night so that she can wake to pee.

The reasons may be
1. Medical If her bladder muscles need surgical intervention to tighten it.
2. Psychological if she suffered past traumas that make her loose control. She needs to see a therapist, control fluid & food intake, use alarms and develop serious self discipline and self control.

my opinion is she should get some one to wake on intervals to go urinate just like a toddler,someone can wake her up 12am,3am, and 6am,she also make sure she urinate before going to bed,also check if she is diabetic coz it can be inherited even from birth.
