Our client, a real estate company, currently providing property development and consultancy services, is looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative to ensure excellent service standards, efficient response to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.


Scope

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Keep proper records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and clients' database
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction


Key Requirements:

Excellent communication and presentation skills (listening, speaking)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Proven customer support experience
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Emotional intelligence and leadership skills
At least one year post NYSC work experience
A Bachelor's Degree in any field

Our client, a real estate company, currently providing property development and consultancy serhire resultsking to hire results-driven Sales Representatives with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects to boost profitability.


Scope
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
Schedule sales appointments and activities and close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and continuously improve through feedback
Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
Provide appropriate product solutions for our customers and nurture them through the purchase flow from start to finish.


Key Requirements
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
A strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
A Bachelor's Degree in any field
