Someone help a brother to get rid of bleeding gum, especially when brushing my tooth, it can be so annoying tho cuz it does not allow me brush my tooth Confidently outside or where people is.

NB: I have used series of toothpaste, currently I have been using longrich Nd I am liking that, I want a herbal remedy please.

i used mouthwash called BRET long ago when i had gum issues... I dont know if it will work for you

Kinda familiar with that name, think I have come across it at the mall, thanks, really appreciate. Would also wanna give herbal a try tho.

Thats gingivitis. Caused by vitamin C deficiency.

Up your vitamin C intake to cure the bleeding. You can take supplements or pure vitamin C from fruits like orange and lemon.
