Ogun - Suburbs and Complimentary for Lagos

Ogun should aspire to more than that. It should become a major manufacturing/industrial center, rather than just a "suburb." The state has too much potential by virtue of its location.

My point is I don't think Ogun has to be "complimentary" in any way. If transportation is fixed, then it actually has some strategic advantages over Lagos when it comes to manufacturing. . . land and labor are much cheaper there than it is in Lagos, for example. So at some point it will be the first place one looks when they start a factory or industrial business.

Good question. Not clear to me. Agric alone isn't the answer, I'll put it that way.

Manufacturing is complementary. It is not frontline or customer facing.

Otta is already one.

Why silicon valley?

What positions Imo specifically above others to achieve this?

Ogun state is already becoming education hub considering the amount of tertiary institutions there.
