A magistrate Court sitting in Ogun State has charged a 38 years old man, Sikiru Oluwaseun Jamiu with misconduct for sending ‘Good morning babe’ to a married woman.
According to the police, the accused person was arraigned on Tuesday in Ijebu-Ode because his message was seductive.

The prosecutor said the accused was charged with misconduct as the Whatsapp chat is tantamount to a breach of peace in the home of the housewife, Mrs. Opeyemi Adegbesan.
