The Security forces are not only collaborating but actually masterminding the whole operations. Kidnapping is now a lucrative industry for the Nigerian security forces especially the Police. Just recently, Youth Corpers were advised to hold ransom moneys whenever they are traveling. Does anyone need further proof that the security agents are behind these evil kidnappings?
