This new tactics of politicians using ward exco to suspend a national officer of the party is unconstitutional and the courts are ratifying it. I pity for Nigeria. The judiciary is a mess. It's so clear in the constitution of both APC and PDP who has powers to discipline/suspend a national officer. I don't know what's wrong with this country's judiciary.
