You have bread and tea for breakfast or rice or spaghetti.

Noodles and egg for lunch or maybe junk food and carbonated beverage drink.

Then beans and plantain or potatoes or yam or swallows for dinner.


That's not balance diet... this eating patterns will drastically reduce life expectancy.

Presently, if you can afford 3 square meal, EFCC should be on the look out for you.

It's 0.1.1 or 1.0.1 or 1.1.0 ratio now.
