Agust they even gave me black and white copy, but anytime I tried to you use my NIN to open bank account or buy sim card they keep telling me that my NIN as not been verified or validated.
They said it takes 3 months before one can use is registered NIN but mine as past 3 months getting to four seff .

No. I think the govt issue I.D that payooneer accepts is a voters card cos it's not just me. I know someone who payooneer rejected theirs too. (N.I.N card)

I don't have voters card so I'm planning to do an international passport instead.

note that the problem is not from the card.
