I have about 8k USDT sitting in my binance account. It was given to me by my mum and I wanted to do a gift Deed with it. Exchange rate fluctuations made me remove the money from my Naira bank account. What is the best way to use this USDT to show POF and also do a gift Deed. I don't want to keep it in Naira. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by NuCypher: 12:18am On Feb 12 |
chimzyblack:Don't even try it. What makes you think IRCC recognizes USDT? USDT is no official currency of any nation. It's just an agreement among crypto-holders and traders that it exchanges for 1 USDT to 1 USD. Nothing more. In fact, if you know the true history of USDT, you will know that the Tether organization itself does not have enough assets backing USDT. In summary, it's all an illusion. In any case, if you want to use your USDT. Move it into Naira first and foremost using Binance P2P. Then go to aboki and change it to USD, which you can then put in a domicilliary account, which you can then present as POF. The good fortune you have is that aboki rate and binance rate are very close, so you won't really lose much. If you are worried about keeping the money in a Nigerian bank, push it into Risevest or STanbic Dollar mutual fund. You will likely get the same rate, so you won't lose much. Then present your Risevest or STanbic Mutual Fund letter. The nice thing with this approach is that you may not need to cash out until you move to Canada, and you can have Risevest or Stanbic Dollar Mutual Fund move these funds into a US or Canada bank, though that will likely come at high transfer fees. 9 Likes |

Please for proof of compensation, the organization where l did internship started paying after 3 months of working. If l am to provide proof with bank statement, salary deposit of first and last month of each period of work experience will not coincide with when l started work. In this case, how do l go about it? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Profgordons(m): 11:45am On Feb 12 |
Tracyy122:Just state it in your Letter of Explanation if you later received the arrears. My spouse had similar issue and it was not not a concern. In fact in her case it was a government employment and she was still being owed some months. |

Gurus in house please l have one question concerning inflow of cash deposit into my account. I have a salary account that l also use for other businesses ( by this, l mean my brother send money into it when he wants to make some procurement for his business and this has been recurring for more than 5 months.) In January l received a deposit that is about 6x my salary for the usual procurement he makes which also left the account in 2 days. My question now is since the amount that was deposited is way more than my salary, will it be regarded as unusual inflow of cash ( and would l need to write an LOE) even though the money is no longer in my account and this has been a recurring deposit from my brother in my account? |

Good evening house please I got my NOI. But I’m confused on some things. Concerning the foreign education I got my certificate accessed by IQAS, now, I need to authorize IQAS to share the result with OINP. I am unable to find any information on the IQAS website on how this needs to be done. in my OINP One-Key profile, it says "authorize the ECA organization to share the results of your assessment specifically with the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program." When I go to my IQAS profile, the only option that makes sense is "Requesting an additional certificate." a) Is "Requesting an additional(duplicate) certificate" how you authorize IQAS to send an educational certificate to OINP? (b) OINP said we should not request for duplicate copy that there’s no mail address to send to b) i emailed iqas and they said I should request for a duplicate copy and send the address of OINP so they’ll send it to them. Please I’m confused. How do I go about this IQAS with OINP Thank you. |

Hi everyone - Please do HND holders still have the opportunity to claim two or more certs when creating their express entry profile? I'm creating an EE profile now but couldn't see the two or more certs option. Anybody in this similar situation? Please advise. Thanks. |

Salientsinmi:Yes. Read FAQ on the test site you registered. British council: "You may change your test date at any time more than 14 days before the test. You must select a test date, where available, within the next three months from your original test date. If your preferred test date is more than three months after your original test date then your transfer will be treated as a cancellation." |

Hi all. I need some clarification, please. For my work experience, I know what documents I need to provide as proof for roles where I was employed as a full time employee, e.g reference letter, etc. However, from March to July last year, I worked as a freelance consultant for an organization (not as an employee) with varying number of hours for each month. I have my consultancy contract, invoices for each month and can show payment deposits for each month but I am unsure what a reference letter from the organization should look like since I was not an employee of theirs. Any idea what the letter should contain and if I need to submit other documents for this particular experience? Thank you |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by phabulous88(m): 7:00pm On Feb 14 |
halimadb: Aside from the consultancy contract, do you have 3 years of work experience? If yes, then no need to add the consultancy period in your EE application. You can add it in your personal history after receiving ITA and submitting eAPR. For FSW, 3 years of work experience will give you the same point as 10 years of work experience |
