Yes, if you're working in a hospital setting, supporting nurses and assisting patients. But if you're working in a private home or long term centres as a support worker, it may be difficult to prove that you falls under the "33109" code. Nevertheless, lots of PSWs have successfully used "33109" to apply for PNP and PR

Thank you very much for your response. I was wondering since TEER 4 isn’t eligible, “33109” is the closest category to use, otherwise PSWs won’t be able to apply PR, and to mention that PSW is most often categorized with health care.

Please I have some questions about the upcoming caregiver pilot program happening by march. I don't have any relevant experience in the role but would like to position myself better. What is required of me?

If you have PSW qualifications, go with "33109" and ensure that your job descriptions mirror that of the responsibilities mentioned under "33109" in the NOC classification

Asking for a friend.......

He got nomination from one of the Canadian provinces. Currently, he's seeking an assylum in one of the European countries. Though he'd been on the process to move to Canada before he 'japaed' to Europe.

Would this affect the outcome of his Canada PR? Your suggestions and advices would be appreciated.

Yes , it will affect it

Do you have paystubs, employment letter, promotion letter, statement of account that shows deposits from the company and any other documents that showed you worked for the company?
If Yes, then you have nothing to worry about.
You may get ‘Proof of Employment’ ADR to submit said documents.
