I find this strange. How is it possible that Igbos can be Nigerians, but Igbos cannot be Biafrans?

Biafra is not by force. Hopefully, a referendum will be held and those who want to continue with Nigeria wll vote accordingly. Those of us who want a fresh start as Biafrans will vote accordingly. We go our separate ways

Delta and Rivers Igbos will most likely vote to remain Nigerians. Nigeria will have to find a way of differentiating them from Biafrans.

Once core Igbos get Biafra, they lose automatic Nigerian citizenship. To become a Nigerian, you will have to apply for citizenship.
