My friend applied for microbiology and they gave him food sci & Tech.what is the differenc & prospects between the two? |

As a food technologist, you have more prospects because you are more industrous than the microbiologist. You can become self employed doing things like producing food items. Thing about the the following industries: brewery, beverage, biscuits, Nestle foods, sugar. Just think about the food industries that you know and you will soon discover that as a food technologist, you are siiting on a platter of Gold. You donnot need any white collar job. Just sit back, apply your knowledge, manufacture any kind of food that is beneficial to man and you are in money. Unlike the Microbilogist who is only restricted to the hospital testing and analysing urine. As a food technologist, you can also work in hospitals as nutritionist or dietician. The prospect for a food technologist is very high. Tell your friend to grab it with two hands. |
