*1. Evening Studies:* It may sound like a good idea at first, or maybe you’re just used to studying deep into the night. *3. Unnecessary distractions:* There are so many distractions that can slow you down and keep you occupied so much that you find your eyes and your focus wandering off to things that aren’t top priorities. Sometimes:
* it’s a call from a friend, or
* listening to the news, or
* checking of notifications from the apps on your phone etc
