Court did not stop the states from gbese No court of law can stop a lien when the debtor has not declared Bankrupt. The state should rather show willingness to pay on instalments AllahIsShit: Then the states should do proper costing of work done and seek to offset their loans with it. AllahIsShit: The states have a good case then, they should follow it up to the letters. Thanks for the clarifications, better you per day. 10 Likes 2 Shares |

States : utilize your money well. Let the people you govern enjoy the basic amenities of life. They are not asking for too much, Just good roads, drinkable water, hospital, schools, Foods, low cost housings etc. That is the basic thing your citizens need. Citizens : Y'all should stop shouting Buhari Upandan while your governors, local government chairmen, councilors continue looting your lives and the lives of your unborn kids right in front of you Truth is not bitter, just that people are bitter to the truth. Nuff said! legendgalas:Don't mind them. They have been blinded by Hatred and bitterness, So they can never listen to sane minded individuals like you. Even if a bench in their village market got broken, it is still Buhari they will be shouting! A better Nigeria all around is all we want. Nigeria will be great in our lifetime No 2 ways about it. God bless Nigeria. budaatum:Oh yes, you did! We remembered when we posted it a while back. Let us keep being beside the truth, And posterity will judge us all. God bless You Budaatum. God bless Nigeria. 10 Likes 7 Shares

But why should the state owe monies and refuse to pay? If the contractors are not paid, how are they gonna pay their staff? How would the companies grow? How would the economy grow? State governors have been robbing their states with reckless abandon, knowing whatever they do, all they need to do to absolve themselves from reproach is to attack the FG. Ortom is most guilty of this. The only businesses flourishing in Benue state today are those owned by Oracle- Ortom's company. It's a pity. 4 Likes 1 Share |

When they were plnning to get huge and humungous loan from the federal government, they didn't go to court, but time to repay, they are all running helter skelter, from one court to another. 2 Likes |

We're waiting to see the reactions from our elfgee. Nevertheless, let's draw closer to God. Almost everything is working against the existence of humans. But with God, nothing shall be impossible. Know your God and let Him too know you. |

States can rush to court to ask them to mandate FG to pay the bills they (states) used to execute federal project but also can run to court to mandate them to stop FG from collecting or retrieving money they used for project execution on be half of states. Nigeria was a country God have mercy on us |

PDP states governors want to rescue Nigeria from APC, after collecting loans and bail out from APC federal government. If other states can't pay, Benue must pay. Ortom cannot be taking money from a Fulani terrorist president. 1 Like 1 Share |

poor reporting once again. Why cant the article state the nature of this contract? The contract relate to a purported consultancy services rendered by this agents to recover over-recovered Paris club loans from FG on behalf of state and local governments. Why two tiers of Nigerian government will need a private consultant to do this is beyond me. and the identity of this contractors is also cause for concern. Except that a lot of that money was spent on executing projects which the buhari administration ignored. States are owed money, not the other way round. omowolewa: 1 Like 1 Share |

The states are already submitting their claims, but the FG lacks the financial muscle to satisfy just 10% of what they owe the states, so the FG effectively has no leverage omowolewa: |
