Am a final year student working on my project which requires a universal payment plan across the country. This led me to consider the use of short codes that will be applicable to any GSM networks (i.e. GLO, MTN, AIRTEL, ETISALAT etc). The problem am having now is how do i go about subscribing for this service and which company in Nigeria offers the service and how do they charge. I only know of bulk sms cos am an agent. kindly drop any useful hint for me please. tanx
