I am not comparing Poland to all of Africa on all indices. I am saying in terms of opportunities (especially opportunities for career jobs), they are not doing very well and if you look closely, they can be compared to some African countries. In terms of white collar opportunities, they can be compared to SA and even Lagos Nigeria.
If poland is that great in terms of opportunities, why are so many of the polish citizens having their white collar and even blue collar jobs ( to an extent) in Germany?
I have spoken with polish colleagues in Germany and they tell thesame thing (Hungary is even worse). Poland and Hungary are cheap to live in but there are not so many opportunities, hence they relocated to work in Germany.

I have pulled over 35k dollars under 3 years from scratch after I learnt animation.
Adding software development to it and target pulling over 30k under a year from next year.
I provide web of tech services and build solutions for africa markets and the world. I think creation and not being a liability to countries.

Maybe Poland. However, you should realize there would be language barrier and even the polish citizens are running to Germany for more work opportunities.
Some countries in Europe, but for the fact that they are part of the EU would have been more or less like most African countries economically.

Reality is that there's no country globally where there are more employers than employees. People would seek for jobs. The onus is creating an enabling environment. The reason you're successful is because you're in the digital space not someone who decides to go into manufacturing or agribusiness as that will entail serving a populace that's effortlessly poor.

Trust me, if Nigeria had those features, most of us wouldn't leave or desire to leave the country. You left because of insecurity, what if I told you that I declined investing into the agricultural sector because of marauding Fulani herdsmen? I rather work for Biogen than invest money into a venture where Fulani islamists will destroy my investments.

Allow those who want to flee Africa to do so. Mind you, most of these seemingly stable African countries have ridiculously high unemployment rates - Botswana, Ghana, Namibia etc. I admire them but the vast majority of their citizens are unemployed and please don't come with the "create jobs mantra". Everyone cannot be an entrepreneur!

I remember when I was looking for my first tech job I will check Nigeria just a few hundred a village in canada with less than 5000 people is having more than 10k jobs. How come?
